Circus Time!

Well, I made a last minute decision yesterday morning to see if there were still any tickets to the Circus to be had. I had checked awhile back but didn't purchase any. Well, much to my surprise there still were decent seats available for last night. So, off to the Circus we went. Our last hoorah before school starts on Tuesday.

I debated whether or not to take Parker but decided that I thought he would enjoy it. He did! At first I think he was a bit overwhelmed by all that was going on as he just sat on his Daddy's lap wide eyed. Charity, Clark and I were amazed too! I don't think that I've been to a Circus since Elementary school. There was so much to watch and with one pair of eyes that was a challenge! Parker loved the horses and was pointing and grinning during their performance as well as the Poodles and the Elephants. When I asked Clark what his favorite part was he exclaimed, "oh, I have lots of favorite parts. Do you want all of them? The bike trick, the tiny car the clown drove away in, the trapeze, the guys on the high wire, the tigers... I just liked all of it!" :o) When I asked Charity she said "the whole thing was my favorite part, but also I really liked the tigers, the trapeze, the horses, and the dogs."

I tried to take some pictures to capture the kids faces during the performances, but unfortunately those just didn't want to turn out.

You know, I often feel like sometimes our house is a zoo. Now, after the Wildlife Safari and the Circus, I'm starting to see a pattern...
