Cupcakes Anyone?

Well, last week was an incredibly busy week as we had Vacation Bible School at our Church in the evenings. Our theme was "Dino Detectives, Digging for God's truth" and it was an incredible week with 9 children accepting Christ as their Saviour during the week, and two more over the weekend. We averaged about 180 children each night. Everyone was very tired after working full-time jobs, and then straight to the Church until about 9:30 each night. Suprisingly enough, the kiddos even wore out towards the end of the week. I had the best job of all (I think), leading the music! I really enjoyed the week, and am looking forward to next year!

Saturday, it was full speed ahead to cupcake mode! I made 168 cupcakes and decorated 120 of them for my dear friend Kay's, son and daughter-in-law's wedding Saturday evening. It was lots of fun doing that and ending the week on an extra "sweet" note! Then after dropping those off late Saturday afternoon, it was off to the Church to clean! If life wasn't busy for the Horinka's, what would we do with ourselves?
