Clark's momentous day... September 29, 2009

CHEESE!


Clark FINALLY lost a tooth! At almost 7 1/2 years old, I think he wondered if this day would ever come. YIPPEE!!! Of course we had to have lots of drama over the loose tooth and how he can't eat, etc. for about 24 hours. Finally, being the mean Mommy that I am, I pulled him down on my lap to "look" at his tooth and see how loose it was. Waalaa, tooth out! He thought I was horrible for the first 5 minutes or so until he realized that this now meant that he had something to leave the Tooth Fairy. Nana had been talking about how she needed to make his Tooth Fairy pillow, so she whipped it up so that he'd have it for that night. Clark has always loved to jump and bounce, so we started calling him "Tigger." Nana had this fabric and he thought it would be perfect for a boy named "Tigger." :)
