Green Eggs & Ham???

Today was 'Elegant Day' in Kindergarten. They've been learning about manners this week and to finish the week off, they had an 'Elegant Breakfast!' "Green Eggs & Ham" was read by Mrs. Fones and then breakfast was served. The class went into the hallway to line up, and then the boys walked the girls into the classroom arm-in-arm (for those who would cooperate) and pulled out the chair for their little lady. Very sweet! The table was set beautifully for them with real dishes and napkins. They weren't too sure of the green eggs and ham at first, but once a couple of them tried them and like them, they were soon asking for more. This was the first time I have ever made green eggs--FUN!
